Terms and Conditions

 

Fees are charged by the term. We maintain modest costs for classes and include a lot of extra time for photo shoots, extra rehearsals and performances through the year. Refunds are not given for missed classes.

Enrollment is continuous for the year and there is no need to re-enroll each term.

Although we encourage commitment to any class, we understand life is not always strait forward.

Where possible, four weeks’ notice (in writing) must be given if a student withdraws partway through the term. This allows some time to shuffle or advertise to replace a missing member of the team.

The classes are designed to provide great teaching through fun and engaged classes.

Students in Performance classes (Productions and Musical Theatre) are expected to commit for the year due to the high number of performances and ensemble nature of the classes where every student is an integral part of the performance team.
